Shipping destinations & Estimates
We ship worldwide and offer tracking on all orders. Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been packed and shipped. Most orders arrive in 9–16 business days total (including 2–5 days for processing).

⏳ Please note: While delays are rare, things like customs, weather, or global events may affect delivery times. In extreme cases, it may take up to 60 business days. But don’t worry! we’re here to help if that happens.
Order Processing
Every order is packed with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to process your order before it ships.
Sometimes processing may take a bit longer, such as when:

There are customs or border inspections

There’s an unexpected delay (weather, holidays, etc.)
If we ever foresee a delay, we’ll let you know right away by email 💌
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way! It may take 48–72 hours for the first scan to appear this is totally normal!
Shipping Restrictions
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please use a valid home, office, or apartment address.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Need to update your address? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, let us know within 2 hours and we’ll do our best to update it.
Already shipped? No worries! we’ll share your carrier info so you can request a redirect or forwarding.
Typed the wrong address? If the error was on our side, we’ll resend your order at no cost. If it was entered incorrectly by mistake, we can help, but we're not responsible for reshipping fees, so please double-check everything before you place the order.
Delayed Orders
If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll let you know by email.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issue
If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, please contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll file a claim and reship or refund your order. Don't worry! We're here for you.
Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
