If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product — don’t worry, we’ve got you! Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily sort it out with a refund, replacement, or store credit 💕

We’re a small brand, and to keep our prices accessible and quality high, we can’t offer refunds or returns for:

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Sizing issues when the correct size was ordered (we recommend checking our size guides carefully!)

What qualifies for a return or refund?

✅ Item arrived damaged
✅ Major defect not shown or described
If any of these apply, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in unused, original condition with packaging.
No reply?
If we reach out to you about an order issue and don’t hear back within 2 business days, we’ll go ahead with what we believe is the best solution so things don’t stay stuck!
Uncontrollable delays
Sometimes things happen outside of our control — like customs delays, weather disruptions, or global events. In those cases, we’ll always keep you in the loop and support you however we can.
