Delivery and Shipping

We provide free worldwide standard shipping to most countries, please email us to find out if your country is eligible. Some items may process faster and may be shipped separately in between the 1-7 processing days.

We understand that the waiting period can be frustrating, which is why we aim to provide efficient delivery! Your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched between 1-3 working days.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your items to us within 30 days of purchase date.

Please note: we do not refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Eligible Returns:

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours. This can take longer subject to the payment method selected. Please refer to your card issuer's or PayPal's terms for further information.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Return Items:
Sale items that are marked down more than 50% or stated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns. Earrings cannot be refunded due to health protection and hygiene.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item following our usual returns policy.

Returns on Promotional Items

Please note that you cannot return part of a promotional purchase for a proportional refund.

To return products purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you, and/or all items part of the promotion for a full refund.

For partial returns, you may exchange items in a promotional offer, however, if the items is not part of the promotional offer, the difference will need to be paid by the customer.

You may cancel an order before it has shipped and we will begin to process your refund, please email us or use the contact form.

Once the order has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Please contact us at hello@celeste-love.com or reply to your order confirmation email ASAP for any order amendments.

In the unlikely event your items are faulty, please send us an email at hello@celeste-love.com with your order number.

We kindly request you to a attach a picture for proof of faulty item(s).

Your refund will usually be processed within 72 hours of receiving your return. The length of time it takes to credit your account depends on the refund method, so please refer to your card issuer's or PayPal's terms for further information.

While we endeavour to make stock available to all of our customers, we are currently experiencing high demand. If the item you are interested in is out of stock, please email us at hello@celeste-love.com regarding our next online shop restock.

Computer monitors vary in size, so it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do however provide meticulous measurements and aim to show each piece worn by a model as much as we can. If you are still unsure, please contact us for further details.
