How long is shipping?

Orders ship in 2–5 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Don’t worry if updates don’t show right away! Tracking usually starts updating within 24–72 hours.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately so we can make a change to your order. Once the package has been shipped you are unable to make a change to your order.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. Once the package has been shipped you are unable to cancel your order.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I'm missing some items from my order

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
